About this property
A warm embrace welcomes families choosing to stay in Modica, in a refuge that combines a family atmosphere with the comforts of a true home. We are located in a charming alley on Corso Umberto I, right in front of the main square, where the voices of the town blend with the aromas of Sicilian cuisine. Our building, dating back to the 18th century, has been completely renovated to offer six elegant and comfortable apartments. Each space has been designed to ensure a serene stay, with details that evoke local tradition. The central location is a true advantage: shops, supermarkets, and transportation, such as trains and buses, are just a few steps away. By staying here, guests can enjoy the beauty of the historic center, exploring the wonders of Modica and discovering enchanting corners. Free parking is only 350 meters away, while paid parking is easily accessible, making every movement simple and convenient.
